Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Kent and Baxter always do a great job. As someone who dabbles in collecting vintage Mercedes, I'm understandably picky about who works on them. Liles is the only place I allow to touch my cars, because they do a great job 100% of the time. Never picked up a car from them and been anything but pleased with the results

My father and I both have had alignments from other shops in town, claiming to have the latest "state of the art" equipment. Let me say, as a mechanic of 25 years myself, this guy does the best alignments WITH OUT all this fancy "state of the art" equipment. No one has delivered a quality, accurate alignment like this guy does, and he does it OLD SCHOOL. I will honestly be upset when guys like this, no longer operate in this town.

Is your car violating you by giving you a whole arm massage that you didn't consent to just because you're trying to do the 60 mph speed limit? Do you have to constantly turn left or right just to go straight down the highway? Do you feel like this is just the rest of your life because every auto shop you take your car to to get an alignment they try to rebuilt your whole suspension for 10x the car's actual value? Well fret no more you cars days of violating you and trying to steer you straight off a bridge, all because you wanted to reach down to get a drink out of your cup holder, are over. The solution to all your alignment issues can be found at a little alignment and brake specialist shop on 4th st in Owensboro by the name of Lile's. There you will meet Lile a very kind, hard-working, and honest man. He gives exact estimates on how long it will take him to adjust your car and when it will be ready for pick up. He never leaves you hanging to run errands, he puts the customer first. All this, and at a very fair price; it only cost me $60 to stop the unwanted shaking of my upper body by my suicidal car. Don't let the fear of outrageous car repair estimates keep you from getting y
